When applying to graduate or postgraduate courses in Belarus, the applicant must provide documents of previous education: Bachelor's degree and transcript to the diploma, Master's degree and transcript to the diploma.
Education documents issued in the countries are automatically recognized:
- Russian Federation
- PRC (People's Republic of China)
- Republic of Kazakhstan
- The Kyrgyz Republic
- The Republic of Tajikistan
- The Republic of Azerbaijan
- The Republic of Armenia
- Georgia
- The Republic of Moldova
- The Republic of Uzbekistan
- Socialist Republic of Vietnam
- Turkmenistan
- Islamic Republic of Pakistan
- Republic of Cuba
- Ecuador
- Venezuela

If your diploma was issued in another country.
Regardless of citizenship, if you get an education in countries where the agreement does not apply, the applicant must undergo an additional procedure of recognition. The processing time is from 1 to 4 months.
To do so, you must submit the following documents to the Republican Institute of High School:
- Application,
- Copy of passport,
- Notarized and legalized in the prescribed manner a copy of the educational document to be submitted (Bachelor's Diploma, Master's Diploma)
- Notarized and legalized in the prescribed manner, a copy of the application to the educational document (excerpt from the credit and examination record),
- Notarized translation of the education document into Russian,
- Notarized translation of the application to the educational document (excerpt from the credit and examination record) into Russian,
- 4 color identical photos in strictly 3x4 size (indicate the surname according to the educational document on the reverse side)*** - for official documents (business attire), photos of unsuitable size are not accepted
- The document confirming the payment of the administrative procedure is a receipt from the bank or a printout from the electronic payment system.
Please note that the payment must be made in Belarusian rubles.
*In case of different name, patronymic, surname in the identity document and educational document, you must additionally provide a copy of the supporting document (certificate of marriage, name change, etc.).
** In case of several educational documents it is necessary to provide 4 photos for each educational document
The Diploma Supplement (excerpt from the credit and examination record) must necessarily contain information about the courses taken, expressed in hours completed.
