  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The present Cookies Processing Policy of LLC Integrum Group of Companies (hereinafter referred to as - the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 5, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" for the purpose of protecting the personal data of users of the websites:

(hereinafter referred to as the Websites), who are personal data subjects. 

1.2. The Policy explains to users of the Websites for what purposes and in what manner LLC Integrum Group of Companies, as the owner of the Websites, processes cookies, as well as how users may manage and control such processing. 

1.3. Cookies are small text and/or digital files that are transferred to the user's device browser when visiting the Websites and subsequently sent back to the server. Cookies are used to authenticate users, store their personal preferences, track session status, analyse interaction with the Websites, etc. 

1.4. LLC Integrum Group of Companies processes cookies for the following purposes: 

  • ensuring the security of Website users; 
  • ensuring the proper functioning of the Websites and enhancing user experience; 
  • providing personalised advertising and marketing materials (if applicable); 
  • collecting analytical information in a summarized form to evaluate and improve the performance of the Websites. 

1.5. LLC Integrum Group of Companies does not use cookies to identify specific users.

2. CLASSIFICATION OF COOKIES USED

2.1. LLC Integrum Group of Companies uses the following types of cookies:

  • technical/functional (required) cookies;
  • analytical cookies;
  • advertising cookies.

2.2. Technical/functional cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Websites. They do not store information suitable for advertising purposes and are not transferred to third-party analytics systems. These cookies cannot be disabled by the user, as they are required for the Website to operate.

2.3. Analytical cookies are necessary for statistical purposes; they allow counting the number and duration of Website visits and analysing how users interact with the Website, including which pages they visit. This helps to improve the Website’s performance and usability.

2.4. Advertising cookies are used for marketing purposes and to improve the quality of advertising, providing users with more relevant content and personalised advertising materials based on user interests.

2.5. By storage duration, cookies are classified as:

  • session cookies — active until the browser is closed;
  • persistent cookies — stored for the period specified in their parameters or until deleted by the user.

2.6. By installation source, cookies are:

  • first-party cookies — installed by LLC Integrum Group of Companies;
  • third-party cookies — created by third parties and used by LLC Integrum Group of Companies as a tool to analyse user interaction with the Website and configure marketing and advertising materials based on user preferences and interests.

2.7. The list of cookies used, including their purposes and storage periods (Annex No. 1), forms an integral part of this Policy.

3. INFORMATION OBTAINED BY LLC INTEGRUM GROUP OF COMPANIES FROM COOKIES. THIRD PARTIES. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

3.1. Through the processing of cookies used, the following information may be obtained:

  • device data (device type, browser, OS, browser language, referrer URL, etc.);
  • preferred content (pages visited on the Website, visit time, navigation paths);
  • advertising display information (viewability and user interaction with advertising content).

This information is processed exclusively for the purposes specified in Clause 1.4 of the Policy.

3.2. LLC Integrum Group of Companies may use analytical services of the following companies:

  • Google Analytics — Google Analytics Privacy Policy. Used to provide statistical indicators of Website usage without identifying users.
  • Yandex.Metrica — Yandex Privacy Policy. Used to improve user interaction with the Website; Yandex.Metrica uses cookies to collect behavioural data without user identification.

The above systems collect anonymised data and do not allow identifying users.

3.3. When using maps, videos, or other embedded services, third parties (e.g., YouTube, Yandex.Maps) may set third-party cookies. Such cookies are technically necessary for the correct display of embedded content.

  • To properly display maps on the Website, third-party analytical cookies used by LLC “Yandex” are required; these cookies are technically necessary for displaying maps.

Thus, for the correct display of maps, the user must consent to the use of analytical cookies; otherwise, maps will not be displayed.

  • Embedded YouTube videos may also be used on the Websites to provide more accessible and informative content. When visiting such pages, regardless of cookie settings selected by the user and if the user is logged into Google services, YouTube sets third-party cookies that are technically necessary for proper video display.

Please note that these cookies are not used by LLC Integrum Group of Companies to collect analytical user data and are removed from the user’s browser when navigating to another page of the Website.

3.4. Aggregated data — combined information about users collected on the basis of their behaviour on the Website and Website usage, not linked to the identification of a specific user — may be transferred to the following interested third parties (advertisers and/or publishers) for the purposes of targeted advertising development, evaluation, and improvement:

  • LCC “Yandex”, address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021 (Privacy Policy);
  • Google, Inc., address: Google Data Protection Office, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Privacy Policy);
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook Inc.) (Privacy Policy);
  • LCC “Di Sail Kom”, address: 58 Surganova St., Minsk, 220040 (Privacy Policy).

3.5. Within the operation of analytical services, cross-border data transfers to servers of foreign companies may occur, including to countries that do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

The user is informed of the potential risks associated with such transfers. Details about the data processing practices of each service are available in their public documentation.

4. OBTAINING USER CONSENT

4.1. When first visiting the Websites, the user is shown a pop-up window (banner) offering to:

  • accept the use of cookies;
  • reject the use of analytical and advertising cookies;
  • configure individual cookie preferences.

4.2. The user’s choice is stored for 1 year, after which the Website asks for consent again.

5. REJECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF COOKIES

5.1. The user may change their choice at any time by using the “Cookie Settings” button on the Website.

5.2. The user may also manually clear their device and/or refuse the use of cookies through browser configuration settings by selecting the following options:

  • blocking cookies on the user’s device;
  • receiving browser notifications about the installation of a new cookie;
  • accepting or rejecting cookies depending on the sender.

Some browsers allow visiting websites in “incognito” mode, which automatically deletes session cookies.

Additionally, the user may use:

  • Yandex.Metrica blocker
  • Google Analytics blocker

These blockers are browser plugins that block cookie placement and limit the transfer of data to Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics respectively.

5.3. The proper functioning of the Website is only possible when technical/functional (required) cookies are used. If such cookies are disabled, LLC Integrum Group of Companies cannot guarantee the proper and efficient functioning of all Website features.

Disabling analytical and/or advertising cookies will prevent improvement of the Website based on user preferences and the selection of relevant advertising and other promotional materials tailored to each specific user.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. This Policy is published in open access on the Website and is effective from the moment of its approval.

6.2. LLC Integrum Group of Companies has the right, at its own discretion and unilaterally, to amend and/or supplement this Policy without prior notice to personal data subjects by posting a new version of the Policy on the Website.
