What MyUniver is Today
MyUniver — is a marketplace for educational institutions where users can find reliable information about all stages of preparation for and study at Belarusian universities. The platform offers:
- Detailed admission procedures,
- A list of required documents,
- A filter for specialities and courses,
- Assistance with dormitory placement,
- Support for adaptation and living arrangements.
A 24/7 online support service is also available, where managers answer questions in the applicant's language: Russian, English, French, Turkmen, and Chinese.
How MyUniver Works
Users submit an application on the website and receive a list of documents via email. After sending the documents, a personal manager contacts them and initiates the admission process: interacting with the university, assisting with visa applications, and resolving daily and organisational issues.
Services are provided free of charge for citizens of CIS countries and Europe. For applicants from certain countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, additional organisational fees apply, taking into account the specifics of organisation and visa support.
Why is this the case? Students from these countries require mandatory full support upon arrival in the country. Therefore, these applicants automatically pay for the personal support service. This service, by the way, is also often used by applicants from other countries, such as Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
Optional Personal Support
A paid personal support service is available for those who wish, which includes:
- Full processing of all documents,
- Dormitory room booking,
- Meeting upon arrival and check-in,
- Medical examination,
- Document translation,
- Life:) or A1 SIM-cards connection upon arrival in the country,
- An excursion of the living area and practical adaptation assistance.
Project History: From Personal Experience to International Service
MyUniver was founded by Nedir Nurmammedov, who himself went through the process of being an international applicant to a Belarusian university in 2010. This experience became the starting point for creating a transparent and accessible service:
"My fellow countryman helped me with my admission. He worked as an agent: he arranged my invitation for a visa and met me at the airport. We drove to the dormitory, and his services ended there,” says Nedir.
— A year later, acquaintances approached me for help with admissions. From personal experience, I understood how difficult it is for a foreigner to deal with organisational matters and adapt to new conditions on their own. So this time, I thought through everything in detail. Each year I improved the level of my services. And over time, I moved away from being an agent. That's how the history of MyUniver began.
The project is based on my personal experience. I went through every step of the admission process myself, and that gave me a clear understanding of what I would not do. That's why I created the most transparent and accessible assistant possible. After all, often what's missing is someone who can quickly answer the simplest questions that help avoid misunderstandings.
For example, one such nuance concerns distance learning, which is often perceived as a full online format. But this is not the case. From the perspective of a Belarusian university, it's a form of extramural (correspondence) study. It implies personal presence for admission and during study.
In the first year of study, this means 3 visits, and subsequently 2 visits per year without introductory sessions. There are many such nuances. When you contact MyUniver, we explain everything in as much detail as possible.
Today, MyUniver helps hundreds of students annually, and the project itself has become not just an educational platform, but a true bridge between international applicants and the Belarusian education system.
New Directions and Company Growth
Since its launch, MyUniver has significantly expanded its scope of activity. Today, it is not only an educational service but also a company with several structural divisions working for the benefit of international students:

- MyLingvo: Own translation agency, providing sworn and certified translations, apostille services, and document legalisation.
- Official Dealership with Major Belarusian Mobile Operators: Having its own points for connecting Life:) and A1 SIM cards at Minsk National Airport.

- Own Insurance Division: The MyUniver team includes qualified insurance agents who assist with arranging medical and other types of insurance necessary for residing and studying in Belarus.
Thus, the platform offers a full cycle of support for international students – from application submission to adaptation in their new location.
