The first step in the history of BSUFK was made in 1929 - the year of foundation of the Belarusian State Technical School of Physical Culture. After 8 years, the technical school was transformed into the Institute of Physical Culture, and then into the Academy of Physical Education and Sport of the Republic of Belarus. More than 20 years ago, in 2003, the educational institution acquired the name under which it is known today. Over the years, the university has become home to more than five thousand students. The teaching staff consists of about 500 teachers and includes doctors of science, candidates of science, foreign teachers and honoured acting coaches. The University offers you the opportunity to receive multi-level training. You can take a variety of basic and additional education programmes.
